About Our Nashville Moving Company
Free, No-Obligation Estimate
Family-run since 2012. It began with a single truck and one straightforward promise, and that promise still rides on every job we run across Middle Tennessee.
A Local Crew That Shows Up
Family Moving and Delivery is a family-owned outfit run out of Nashville itself. Owner Cole Whitfield was raised in Donelson and opened the doors in 2012 with one truck, a handful of movers, and a single rule that still governs the place: quote an honest flat price, staff every job with our own people instead of a broker or a day-labor pickup, and handle each load as if it were bound for family.
More than ten years later we run seven marked trucks and a vetted crew who know this metro inside out, the freight elevators in the Gulch, the certificates of insurance downtown, the pinched staircases in East Nashville bungalows, and the gated HOAs out toward Brentwood and Franklin. That kind of local know-how is what separates an easy move from a long, aggravating one.
What we stand for
- A flat, written price with no surprise add-ons at the curb
- Our own crew on payroll, background-checked and trained
- At home in historic bungalows and downtown high-rises alike
- Freight elevators, COIs, gates, and HOAs handled before move day
- Nobody clocks out until the last piece is placed
